Our Journey

From a modest beginning to becoming a high-capacity textile manufacturer, our journey is marked by constant growth and technological advancements:

The Company was incorporated on February 26, 2016, under the name and style of ‘Alpine Spinweave Private Limited’.

2017-2018

Installed 48 airjet looms for manufacturing of Grey Fabric with an installed capacity of 77.50 Lacs meter per annum and Sizing facility with installed capacity of 6650 MT per annum at Manufacturing Unit 1.

We believe in responsible manufacturing and have taken significant strides in renewable energy adoption. Currently, Alpine Texworld Limited operates a 5.4 MW ground-mounted solar project at Village - Makhanu, Taluka-Deodar, District-Banaskantha, and an 820 KW rooftop solar project at factory premise. This commitment to sustainability reduces our environmental impact and aligns with our vision of eco-friendly textile production.

Sumit Champalal Agarwal, aged 51 years, is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Hargovandas Lakmichand College of Commerce, Gujarat University and Master’s degree in business administration (International Business) from University of Western Sydney. He brings over 25 years of experience in the textile industry and has played a key role in textile processing including the business development, strategic planning, administration, overseeing the production and procurement functions.

Mr. Sandeep Santkumar Agrawal, aged 51 years, is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is also one of the Promoters and founders of our Company. He has been part of our Company since inception, serving as both a Director and Promoter. He holds a Higher Secondary Examination qualification from Gujarat Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar. He oversees the manufacturing of Yarn and Grey Fabric, business development and end to end operations for our Business. He currently has over 25 (twenty-five) years of experience in industry essentially in day-to-day operation, client co-ordination and vendor management.
